Worked on feet only
Had some trouble staying on but when I woke up they were black . I wake up in the morning and feels like I walk on pins .. I didn’t have that feeling after using the pads. I tried them on other parts of my body and it didn’t work

Need labels
I wish you could tell which kind you were using. There are no labels on the different packages to decide which ones you are using and what properties they are working on. That is my only complaint. Otherwise a good deal.

I'm not sure
My pads turned black every day. I thought they should lighten up after 10 days. Maybe I needed them that much. I don't know about detoxing, but I maybe did sleep better.

Detox my body through my feet
