Product was badly warped.
Product was badly warped. 1/2" on one side and a 1/4" on the other. The quality of the product is nice but defeats the purpose if it is concaved. That being said customer service was quick to reply and issued me a refund(thank you). Since this is a product review two stars is appropriate.
