I've used a *lot of different herbal products for memory and energy support. This, for me, had been the real deal folks. I'm a 44 yr-old mother of 3 girls under the age of 13, suffer from anxiety & depression related to PTSD, am perimenopausal, and am neural atypical (on the higher functioning end of the autism spectrum). I have more energy to draw from, less anxiety and more patience dealing with both the everyday stresses of life as well as my particular challenges. The vitamin did give me energy. It also cramped my stomach but it was on an empty stomach. Make sure you eat before taking.
