I absolutely love this stuff for bioavailable energy! Tastes funky but isn't unpleasant.

I was not wild about this and ordered a sublingual brand with a medicine dropper. That said, it probably works and the flavor, while not great, also is not terrible. I am going to use it for travel because of the ease of having it small and securely covered.

I don't usually leave reviews, however I had to leave one for this item. I rely heavily on reviews to help me make sound decisions on my purchases. And being that this is a vitamin supplement I thought it was extremely important to leave a review for the next person trying to feel healthier. My doc recently informed me I am anemic and need iron supplements. She prescribed iron pills, but the side effect of constipation was deterrent for taking them. A friend of mine suggested taking B12 in spray form, so I went on a goose hunt for this item. I fell upon this particular brand and ordered it. It has been the easiest form of supplement I have ever taken-- I hate taking pills, so this spray bottle has made my life easier. I noticed my body reacted to it quicker than pill form and I don't feel as fatigue anymore... and there's no side effect of constipation. Major plus! Totally recommend if you're like me: hate taking pills; need iron or B12 supplement; trying to avoid side effects of iron pills (constipation); and looking for a distributor that is quick and reliable (Atlanova).

The ingredients and quality seem good and effective but the taste is not great.

Super easy to use!

I’ve been using Atlanova B12 for a month. I’m pretty busy during the weekends, to the point that I’ll forget to take it. When the afternoon comes around I’ll notice that I feel fatigued, and will realize that I didn’t remember to take the supplement. It gives a great energy boost. Actually it’s more of a clean, natural, and smooth flow of energy throughout a busy day, not like coffee. I feel so relieved knowing that I won’t have to wait half the day before I start feeling better. I hope that Atlanova will continue to make this amazing product because I’ll keep on buying it for as long as they make it. Thank you so much!

I dislike the fact that this product had a 60Day Shelf Life.
