Homedics ParaSpaMini PAR-100 Paraffin Heat Therapy

As the rheumatoid arthritis continued to get worse and travel to every joint, my doctor suggested a paraffin wax bath. So, the search was on. After ordering several heat baths, I discovered the advertising wording is not always correct. . Some were too hot and by the time they were usable, the wax was solidifying. My biggest battle was with the intense heat and dipping my hands and feet was quite painful. Then, I decided to invest a little more money and try the Homedics paraspamini Par, Within a few hours I had achieved a comfort zone that was really pleasant. First, I do the hands wrapping in the plastic bags. The feet are last, but the heat is absolutely perfect. I haven't gotten burned, my limbs feel some relief from the heat. For a little while I forget about the aggressive rheumatoid. I really do recommend this product for those of you with that burning, aching pain in the limbs!! This was my 5th machine and worth every minute locating the perfect paraffin wax bath.

I have thumb arthritis and bought the product for temporary pain relief. In that respect, it works very well. After doing a fair amount of comparison online shopping I decided on this model primarily on a cost basis. I was a bit concerned with some reviews that indicated that this was a fairly small version (not designed as a foot bath). Since I was purchasing it for hand therapy, I was very pleased with the size and convenience of the product. It works exactly as advertized.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my other mom. She raves about it and how it helps with her arthritis.

I really love it. Wish there was one big enough for a 5' 9" me. Sigh oh well !!!

I love the product. It works great!However, I do have to say I was worried when I received the package. The package was not in good shape at all. The outside package was torn and had been taped using a lot of packaging tape. Also, the inside box was not in much better shape.

I have had the same one for 5 years and bought this for my daughter for Xmas, it's a great buy.

works great - would buy from this seller again. if you have sore hands or bad arthritis, I'd recommend it - it really helps.
