Recycled Cartridges Often Have Problems
Recycled cartridges often have problems, but the seller can fix them . . . I ordered a double pack of cartridges. Both of them had issues with the toner drum. I test this by printing an all black page. If it has large white dots or streaks, the cartridge fails my test. I requested replacements. They sent two more that, while not perfect, had only minimal drum issues, so I could use them. They did not require return of the originals. If you are not printing graphics with large areas of solid black, this issue may not concern you. Typically type looks ok even with toner drum problems - up to a point. I haven't found a seller that always sends perfect cartridges, but this one resolved the issue quickly, thus 4 stars.
