Molecular Gastronomy Cocktail Kit + Free Culinary Syringe - COCKTAIL R-EVOLUTION

I bought this as a gift for my sister, but it never got to her - sorry sis! It is just too interesting and too much fun to experiment with, the product is nicely packed, with beautiful fotos and explanations that just make me want to try all the recipes!

I bought this for my friends’s 22nd birthday. She’s the type who actually makes her own bath bombs and truffles so I thought this would be a great gift for her, especially since she’s also an engineer so it’s a little science-y as well. Only thing I would complain about is there’s not a very good or detailed set of instructions.

This is a cool way to mix up classic cocktails for any event. It does take a bit of experimenting to figure it out the techniques but the directions are easy to follow, and all required parts and ingredients are included in the kit.

Instructions didn't work, no temps for water. Wouldn't buy again, could've been executed better.

If you love food and science this is the book you are looking for. Well written and easy to follow. In addition, the sample ingredients that come with the book are just perfect in order to get you started. My first experiment was chocolate caviar. I was surprise to get them from the first try. Very happy with this product.

For what is billed as a starter kit, this product can barely qualify as an introduction to molecular mixology. There are hardly any recipes included in the recipe "book", and next to nothing on tips about the various techniques. The kit does include properly measured packets of the chemicals used in molecular gastronomy and some basic tools, so it does yield some starting point even if guidance is lacking. The packaging is very sleek and pretty, but the price for product is not really justified. If you have any real interest in getting into the art of molecular mixology, you're probably better off just turning to web resources, (including Molecule-R's own website).

Great product. I’ve created some amazing cocktails with it. The only problem is that now friends want to come over every day. The book that’s attached is amazing, very informative and makes you a mini expert in molecular cuisine.

No está mal, pero vende mucha imagen y poco contenido. Los materiales que contiene son buenos y los químicos escasos. El libro de recetas es más bien escueto.

I tried it last night with my friends and we made stunning cocktails! This kit is easy to use for beginners, it was a lot of fun!

No real complaints about the product - worked as advertised and was fun to play around with. I would say that if you are willing to just google some of the methods you can probably get all the items in the kit a good bit cheaper with larger amounts of materials to last you significantly longer than the kit would. That being said, if you want a easy and complete solution this kit does the trick.
