I give it one star for flavor. I used this for a month and didn't lose an ounce, and it after a couple of weeks, it gave me diarrhea. I have a friend who sells another brand of Keto salts; she has been using them alone for a year and when asked, she said she has not lost any weight, "But I didn't gain!" (Seriously, a whole year on a product she sellsand she didn't lose any weight?) I also know a few people who have lost 50-60 lb in less than 6 months on the Keto diet alone--without using Keto salts. With how expensive Keto salts are, and the poor results they give, I would suggest you forego the salts and just do the actual diet.

If you're looking for something to help you get a head start into the Keto lifestyle I would recommend getting these salts. They taste nice (Especially with some Gatorade zero) and are VERY potent. For first time use, half the amount to allow your tummy to get used to the "Cleansing" effect. Boy does it work though. I found it particularly useful when I was having trouble adjusting in the first few days and I would have a tendency to stray at first. I would take some of this right after having a sweet "transgression". It does assist with kick starting Ketosis and I think it would be helpful to anyone having a rough time getting started.

I had to give up coffee.. worst thing ever. But for my health I kicked the habit. I needed something that gave me energy without caffeine, because even though I work from home, sometimes that's far more draining than if you were out and about all day.I didn't really like the flavor at first, it had a false sweetness to it, but it wasn't chalky or grainy, nor did it look like I was drinking mud or some awful drink that came from the bowels of hell itself, so I stuck with it and it grew on me.I was able to still get an energy boost that I desperately needed and was able to help shed some pounds. Would I buy this again? Maybe, it worked for me. But I would probably try to find a different flavor.

As someone that really hates people knowing I am trying to lose weight I appreciate the clear color. Most folks believe this is water (see pic) and that suits me just fine. Price for this is less than some of the other brands listed and while you can never get away from the “salt” taste, the mango is a nice twist.

I've been following the keto diet off and on now for about one year. While Keto Salts aren't an absolute necessity for it, they do make the diet easier, and also provide some much needed salt. I've tried several brands of keto salts, and the Keto BHB is a good one. Taste is fairly good, and on par with the more expensive versions. The Orange Mango flavor tastes more like Orange than Mango, but is still good.It may not dissolve quite as easily as other Keto - salts that I've tried, but really thats fairly minor, and I haven't tried blenders or anything else to get this to mix.Overall, I would purchase this one again, because of its price and quality.

I've had drinks like this before, and this one is amazing! Love the flavor, not chalky or powdery tasting, doesn't leave a residue like others have. Just started it, so hoping it has the desired ketone effect, but the taste is great and already love it more than others I have tried. Mixed it up with ice and soy milk today! Perfect "smoothie"!

For as much as I have to pay for this stuff I think it's too high but that's just my opinion but it's really good tasting and there's not enough in the container to last from here so I take less than what it says because you go through it too quick and I'm still losing my weight and it's still keeping the cramps away so I'm happy except for the price
