Great Red Beans and Rice
Vigo makes great rice and this is our family’s favorite. It’s easy to make, fast to cook and delicious.

Fast, Easy, Delicious!
This is the second case of rice and beans we have purchased from Amazon. It’s a great option if you’re in a hurry for a main dish (add toppings like cheese, sour cream, salsa, and chips), or if you need a side with tacos or enchiladas. I use the microwave and my husband chooses a pan on the stove. Either way, it’s a great tasting, easy to make dish, that we both like a lot!

Great flavor, though I feel it needs more red beans. Will definitely have some extra on hand when I make it again. Best tasting instant red beans and rice I can recall having.
