Love this camera. I have a pack n play and the camera gets a good angle and view of all her movements. I like how her father and I can look at the camera on our phones with the detection alert. Good value for money, good picture quality (day and night) , and easy to use. You have to keep it on the charger but that works for me. I also like who it gives different options to use it. Love the size.

Revised after speaking with customer service.The customer service team actually reached out to me after I wrote this review and offered to help in anyway they can. They even mentioned my elderly Chihuahua, which I thought was a very nice personal touch.They are working with me to find a better solution than the peak of baby camera which I think is great and I’ve upgraded my review to reflect that. Also, I’m not the greatest person at replying to emails all the time as I don’t check it daily and they had to reach out multiple times before I was able to respond.They seem to really want to make the customer satisfied. I am going to try a different camera going forward and I’m thrilled because I really wanna keep nephew as my main camera system for a long time still.Initial reviewIt’s disappointing this company only offers this camera after outfitting our entire house with Netvue’s over the years. We do t have a baby but wanted another indoor camera for our elderly chihuahua. this was only option.If we need to get more cameras we may as well go with ring. Too bad bc we really liked this brand.

Works , must be connected to 2.5G WiFi to work. You can view camer , speak and record on your phone ! Camera is adjustable and easy to set up

Absolutely hate this camera. This monitor and camera was boughten for me for my baby shower. And I got an extra camera to have for a different room. Right from the beginning it would not connect via WiFi. So it’s connected/binded through Bluetooth or something. It constantly disconnects from each other. And beeps when it does. I’m already sleep deprived with a new baby and I’m constantly getting woken up by it always disconnecting. The camera and monitor are literally the next room over. I tried hooking up the additional camera and it’s doing the same thing. So now I’m trying to sneak into my baby’s room on a ladder to fix this everyday just so I can see her. Do yourself a favor and just don’t buy this product.

Quality is awful for meEdit : the company emailed me and sent me a new one with a non WiFi screen and I am very impressed

Disconnects a lot so at points throughout the night you won’t get alarms. Phone notifications are spotty. The battery life in the monitor is awful. We have to have ours plug in all the time or it dies in 20 mins
