This thing has seriously helped me to sleep and boasts enough sounds to keep variety in the process. The night light is fully adjustable and can be changed to many colours and it is a easy device to use. Sound volume is fully adjustable and in all the fuctions work as intended. Great value for money.

I had been using my phone for playing brown noise through the night (not good for the battery). This item is honestly brilliant. It has a selection of sounds adjustable volume and you can choose different coloured lights. Would highly recommend.

Most important sounds on this devise are the brown, pink and white noises. They do help combat external low level noise.

Good choice of background noises.

Disappointed - most sounds are not really useful for resting or sleeping to. The so called brown noise sounds are too thin and tinny, high-pitched and rushed sounding - when compared to YouTube brown noise sounds - which are warm, soothing and slow - and do not cover the external sounds. Not programmable and does not come with a plug. Not useful at all.
