Thank you for the inquiry. This is detergent is NOT for home use and the industrial high-alkaline detergent will destroy your dishwasher. If the crud is mineral deposits left from hard water than a Rinse Aid could help.

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, our products can be used in your high temp hobart lx30h and are sold as a powdered concentrate that is then diluted in a five gallon bucket. Simply pour bottle into five gallon bucket, add water and place tube into the 5-gallon pail to be dispensed into your machine.

You will be getting two bottles of powdered detergent which you will mix into a 5 gallon bucket (not included) with water. This can then be used with your commercial dish washer or sanitizer. Drinking glasses work fine with the product
