Compro questo magnesio della Prowise da molto tempo, per mia moglie e non lo cambiamo più. Lei si trova benissimo perché, a differenza di altri tipi di magnesio che le davano fastidio, questo è leggerissimo sullo stomaco. I benefici che abbiamo notato: • Sonno migliore: La aiuta a rilassarsi e a dormire molto più tranquillamente la notte. • Più energia e muscoli rilassati: Si sente meno stanca e aiuta molto per il benessere muscolare. • Non irrita: È perfetto per chi ha lo stomaco sensibile. • Conveniente: Su Amazon il prezzo è ottimo e la confezione dura un mese e mezzo (sono 90 compresse, se ne prendono 2 al giorno durante i pasti). In etichetta è spiegato che è un "bisglicinato", che dovrebbe essere una forma più facile da assorbire per il corpo, e devo dire che la differenza si sente davvero. Acquisto super consigliato!
