Great Bike! But it's big!
I wanted to wait until I had 200 miles on the bike before writing a review to be able to give it a fair assessment. When this bike came I was a bit shocked by how big it was. We have a full sized SUV and folding it in half and putting it in the back is a bit of a challenge when you're alone. This 69lbs monster is difficult to wrestle with, mainly because there is no latching mechanism to keep it locked folded. I use a bungie cord to accomplish this now.As far as performance, this thing is awesome. This is my first e-bike so I have no reference to go on, but it is ALOT of fun. I have taken it mt. biking/going on trails in Colorado Springs and biking through Chicago and it handles well in either situation. The motor is strong, fast, and and I haven't experienced any drop-off in battery capacity yet. I did notice on some of my longer rides if you hold the throttle for too long the battery starts dropping pretty quick just to jump back up after letting it rest. With pedal assist 2 I have gone 42 miles and ended up with 26% battery remaining at the end.My only greivances/wish-list for the product are:1. No electric tail lights, just a headlight.2. The instruction manual leaves a bit to be desired. I wish the pictures were more high quality, or a website existed showing a step by step construction guide. I was a bit thrown off when I realized the shocks had two different sized bolts.3. Wish there was a latch to keep the bike closed when folded.4. Can't wait for more official OPEAK accessories to be released. I have had trouble going third party int he past and prefer to buy directly from the mfr.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.Update:I have over 1000 miles on the bike now and it is still holding up. Had to change the tires and the disc breaks need some love, but other than that she's still going strong. If there has been any drop off in the battery it is minor. I just wanted to update to say that the pedal somehow came loose and striped out of the crank arm. I notified the company and they took care of the problem right away. I love good customer service.

Feature rich ebike that's a joy to ride
This was my first ebike, and I was really uncertain about buying something this expensive that had no "professional" video reviews out there. But it seemed to have all the features I was looking for. 26" fat tires, folding design, dual shocks, 1000w peak, and could support a larger person (me being 260). So far, the bike has been great. Real quality construction and simply a joy to ride. smooth over rocky bike paths, responsive pedal assist, and was able to get up to 30mph. Even the rack mount on the back is sturdy and well made. Support was responsive regarding the replacement of a defective phone mount (screws were stripped). The only thing I upgraded was the seat... but that's personal preference. My brother and I each bought one, and we couldn't be happier.

Was skeptical at first
So I wasn't sure if I was gonna get what I actually wanted, I weigh 240, 5'11 and I wanted a bike that could get me back and forth to work. I also wanted this bike to be fast and have enough battery life for me to not have to worry about having to man peddle it half way to work. When it arrived and I saw it for the first time, I thought, damn this things badass, it looks way bigger in person. ASSEMBLY: was not bad, comes with tools, if your worried you won't have the right wrench, it's all good. A few things that sucked when assembling was the book looks like a zoomed in image, very blocky/fuzzy, really have to look hard to see, even then, common sense will come in handy. The bike is about 80% assembled out of the box. INFORMATION: man I looked for all kinds of information on this bike and found 2 YouTube videos.... That's it, the website don't work, the phone...... The don't have a phone... Only way I guess to get up with them is via email. SO This made me nervous, as I already h had bought it and was waiting on delivery. HOWEVER, today I took it out of the box, charged the battery until it was green, and hauled ass for about 20 miles. I also had on a book bag with my essentials. After 20 miles my battery was at 58% switching between PA and throttle. I had a freaking blast on this thing. Top speed was around 32 mph, the headlight is great, tires are freaking sweet, will need air before use though. ALL AROUND A GREAT BIKE! My only complaint is the seat (saddle), it sucks. My butt hurts lol. Other than that it's worth every penny so far. I'll do a future update after a few weeks. No regrets.
