Q: How much weight can this hold? Want it for the mud room to hang winter clothes.

I hang wet clothes on the hanger but not heavy coats . It holds up pretty well with my laundry but nothing is very heavy .

Q: How can you mount this without a stud behind drywall? not a fan of toggle bolts.

I didn't use the butterfly ones either! I used the metal molly screws not the plastic ones, that screw into the drywall . It has held just fine for almost 2 years.

Q: How far down does the rack sag when fully extended and when holding laundry?

If the rack is anchored into wall studs, there won't be much of any sag at all. It is quite a rugged rack. However, if you are planning on doing chin-ups on it, then . . . . .

Q: With the wings of the toggle bolt going inside the wall how can we uninstall or install it into another wall?

On mine I can still see the screw heads to remove it if I ever wanted to.
