I initially was enjoying the product however it broke very quickly and I was not able to get a replacement. Instead I have to go through the return process and wait for a refund in order to purchase a replacement later. Very disappointed as I have seen other people with the same experience. The product was being used as per the instructions and broke within the first three weeks of use. In my opinion it seems to be a product flaw that needs to be addressed.

Really was surprised on how much cramping my jaw would get. Light soreness showed me that it was actually working. The only negative thing I could say about this product is I have a chip in my tooth that my dentist had previously “fixed” but after using this product it removed the cover that the dentist used to fix the chip and now I can’t stop rubbing my tongue over it. Wasn’t expecting that to happen but it’s not a huge deal. I believe if I wouldn’t have stopped using the product I would have seen huge results but I’m human, my mind and time wonder on too other things as time goes by.

Got these on time & in perfect condition. I love the teeth indentations in them to make sure placement is perfect. They are easy to use and definitely have provided my jaw a good workout! I’ve used them a few times now. The instructions were very helpful and provide information about timeline for upgrading to the next level. I got the ones that don’t custom fit and they fit perfectly. Great design, great functionality, and comfortable to use! Can’t wait to see the results!
