We have had our swing for a year and it is still very good

I would have giving 5 stars if the product would have been as described. The Seller should update this, because its not fair to the customer, that you don't get what's the product says. The Swing in the picture is exactly what you will get not the one in the 360 View. That's why I gave a 3 star review, if everything would have been as described I would have given 5 stars. Seller should update it, so people know for sure what they will get, because I bought this product, because I could make it a bed, but I was disappointed when I knew that's not the case.Also because of an Walmart Sticker on the Box, I was curious to see how much the Swing at Walmart is and it was 44$ cheaper than what I paid, should have looked into it before, but it happens. Just a heads up for everyone out here, if you try to safe you some $$Overall the Swing is great, I love it and its really comfy, that's why I would recommend this swing, if you are looking for a good product. Assembled it myself and almost fall asleep afterwards chillin on the swing. I am 5'6 and I can still lay on it, so its a really nice size and really comfy, love the color, matches my other pillows and chairs.

I had some of the same issues that others have posted. I really like the height and the way it swings. All issues were an easy fix. Redrill one hole for bolt to go through and tighten 2 buttons that were loose.

Comfortable

The swing set looks just like its picture. It is comfortable to sit on & is made of a durable material. My only complaint is about the awning. On both the front & back, on one side where the awning is threaded through the poles, the material puckers badly. I never was able to make it fit over the poles smoothly. It was too difficult to put together to risk trying a replacement, so I just kept the swing, & try no to look at the puckers when I sit in it.

The pieces had to be hammered in very hard. It wouldn’t slide in. It reads that it was supposed to flatten into a bed but it doesn’t. It was acceptable for sleeping outside in a heatwave. Threw mosquito netting over the canopy draping down. One canopy piece didn’t have the holes drilled. We made it all work. I like the way it looks on the deck.

Recieved the canopy amd had missing parts. No plastic screws for the canopy and no throw pillows. Not concerned about the throw pillows but the screws for the canopy is a must have. Called the manufacturers to see if they could mail a pair of screws....nope! Must get them from the seller. Called the seller and low and behold they dont carry any spare parts. They did give me a 15% refund promptly. Now I get to deal with the manufacturer. Putting it together was easy if you follow the directions. DON'T TIGHTEN ANY SCREWS UNTIL THE END! And don't believe the "can convert from a seat to a bed". It's either or. Gotta remove a bunch of screws and rebuild. Like the canopy and swing but dreading the conversation with the manufacturerer.

I bought the swing because it said it would lay flat. And it does not! If it was not for the hassle i would return it but it is all put together now. So guess i am keeping it. Next time going with Lowes or Home Depot and pay a little more to get what I want and ordered.
