This chair is very comfortable. I'd have given it a 5-star rating except for the fact that one of the arms hardware is incorrectly attached, making it impossible for me to get the side installed all the way. Not enough so, that I can't use the chair, but enough so that now that I have the arm on, I can't remove it (wedged too tight) to fix it. I can live with it. I'm 73 years old, handicapped and need the chair for sleeping since I can't lay flat in a bed. This has been perfect for that. I'm not a small woman weight wise (mid-200s) but I'm 5'4" and this is a good fit for me, couldn't be better. The massage and heat are good. Not too strong, but enough that I usually go to sleep before the 30 minutes are up. It could be set for a longer period, but that's not needed for me.

We have had this chair for a couple weeks now and we love it. I love the fact that it has 4 message zones including the legs and feet, that is something I haven't seen before. My only complaint is that it is VERY hard to push the foot rest back down. I don't know if it is the angle or if the springs are just tight from it being new, but I usually have to get off the chair and push the foot rest down with my hands because I can't quite get it to latch back in place with my legs. I feel like this would be a problem for someone with limited mobility or leg/back strength. Overall though, good purchase.

So comfortable! Nice quality and value. The chair is perfect for the need. The only issue I had was while part of it (2 separate boxes) came earlier than expected, it was not clear that 2 packages would be delivered, so when I received it, the tracking showed delivered. I then had to do research on the second box and wait for a response and then wait a couple of days for the 2nd box. It was embarrassing because it was a known gift. Also note the components for heating and massage are in a box underneath the chair in a box and if you don’t know, kind of hard to locate. It’s been a month or two and I don’t recall assembly instructions being included, so took a little longer to figure out. If they were included, they were in the components box. The product itself is great and I would purchase again!

The leather is very plush and the heating works so well! My only complaint is that it vibrates more than massages, but it's still pretty sweet after a long day!

Recliner parts could be more easy to use not feeling the pull cord to open and massage is not that great but overall great for the price..

This is a very small recliner, I’m 4’11” tall and this recliner fits me. I swear I chose the tan color but I ended up with a dark brown one, that’s kind of disappointing but I wouldn’t know how to begin to return it. There is an issue with the modes, could be the controller, it works on the all over massage and that’s what I need, really only heats the lower back and that is also where I need the heat. For what I could afford it’s an awesome chair.

It’s was a gift for my mom it was true to size and style, the only issue we came across was the legs don’t vibrate.
