Great results

The marketing and glossy packaging of this product is reminiscent of the kind of thing you would expect to see with a worthless miracle cure supplement sold through a multi-level marketing get-rich-quick pyramid scheme. Whoever is advising the company to take this approach is doind a great diservice to the real science that may lie behind NR. "NAD levels fall 65% as you age! Niagen boosts NAD levels 40 - 50%." Copying big pharma's use of relative values that sound impressive but that most people don't have the skills to understand. Using their ad chart showing a max NAD level at age 30 -- let's call that value 100 -- declining to a minimum at age 70 -- let's call that value 1 -- a 70 year old man may very well increase his NAD level 50% to a whopping and hardly noticeable 1.5. That said, there is an abundance of legitimate research on the potential benefits of NR supplementation. This product appears to be the best available and likely worth a trial run. After one month of 300mg/day I've personally noted a definite improvement in sleep quality and possibly a percieved increase in exercise tolerence. I plan to continue using and experiment with a slightly higher dose for one more month.

My brain is 65 and stressed and confused. This knocks it right back to normal. I get the lower dose so I can take it twice a day. I don’t know if my thinking is so clear that I accomplish tasks with ease, or, my body is energized so that my brain works better. Who really cares why, it is fantastic.

Niagen for me has been a huge benefit. I have been taking it for years and rarely ever get sick. Now I have read a study that it is very beneficial to speeding recovery time for COVID-19. For me, it has upped my energy and really helps me go those extra miles when I am cycling. I have also found that taking 150 mg before bed helps me sleep very soundly, although it gives me some vivid dreams at times. My only con is the price, I wish it was at a better price-point, but for what it is doing for me, I will keep on using it. An additional note: My Jack Russell terrier is getting older and was starting to get stiff, when I gave him 150 mg with his food he started rebounding within days. Good product for the whole family.

Was crazy expensive. Please bring back the 150 mg cheaper bottle. Those ones worked great. I’d buy 5 of those at a time. I didn’t really feel anything with these. Like I did with the lower MGs.

I bought this supplement after reading all the good reviews about this product. After taking the supplement for a week, I started developing heart palpitations. I decided to stop taking it and the heart palpitation disappeared after two days. I think it is not suitable for everyone. Check with your doctor before taking this product especially if you have heart conditions.
