So far great. Used these (package of 2) to mount Gymnaatics rings to the ceiling. Came with lag screws for wood or anchor bolts for cement. I ended up using different bolts for my specific ceiling but the mounts themselves hold up great. Supposed to be rated to 700lbs. Can't imagine I'll ever have to test that but good to know it can hold full grown adults.I will update as wear-and-tear becomes an issue

Hardware is great. If you plan to mount them to the underside of basement joists then use a 3/8 bit to prevent splitting. Also you'll want to sandwich the joist between two boards with a nut and bolt for added support - I don't think a pressure-treated joist would hold up otherwise.Do these things and it'll safely hold more than my weight of 140 pounds.Other than that, the construction of these are great. You'll never break them. Just make sure you mount it somewhere sturdy.

Using this to anchor TRX-type exercise strap system. This is heavy duty, sturdy, serious anchor attachment. Half the price of the the "brand name" anchor; same quality. Comes with big lag screws and concrete anchors. Be sure to find a substantial beam or stud to mount to so that it doesn't pull out.

Originally I had purchased a different anchor from the same company, but I just felt that I didn't need so heavy of an anchor, so I gave that set (I purchased two each time) away to a friend (that's how cost effective they are, and purchased this one which is somewhat lighter and has less holes in it. It was perfect for my home gym. Highly recommend any anchor from this company for your home gym and more.

I bought this anchor to allow the hanging of my new TRX suspension trainer. Excellent finish in the welding and polishing and a very good, heavy paint. Lag bolts were more than adequate to mount through gypsum board and secure at least 2-1/4 “ into the studs. Solid anchoring. Highly recommend them

WORKED PERFECTLY. Was alittle on the tight side for the install... instructions says use a 1/4 bit which i did and it was a hell of a workout lol but very secure. The 5/16 bit would hold just find an be alot easierOther than that 5stars

The description states you mount this on the wall. But the bolts that come with it are so thick, they will most definitely split any normal wall stud if you attempt to use it in that manner. Had to return it bc I can’t mount it on the ceiling for exercise bands.

Wish I could give this product 0 stars. Screws are absolute garbage. 3 out of 4 screws broke while being screwed in. All were properly installed and pre drilled to ensure correct installation. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Do not trust these anchors or screw especially if using for personal use. GARBAGE!

This product is really sturdy, I’ve been using it for almost a month now and so far no issues. Installation was fast and direct. It’s cheaper than the name brands but if does the work! Really happy buying this
