I’m on a keto lifestyle change of somewhat and have lost 4st in under three months straight but decided I would go on a carb binge as I was attending a week long holiday.. and cake is what my heart always desires. I started taking one approx 10 mins before each sugary and carby meal with half a glass of water. I felt little to zero discomfort; just a little build up of gas and then relieved once this kicked in. I say “kicked in” I’m usually someone who just needs to look at a potato and my manboobs would grow again 🥔 👀however a week later of orgasmic carbohydrate fuelled food, my waist size dropped to 34 from 35 but I put this to being keto adapted. I took this on massive carb blowouts for another week and I swear I suffered zero bloat. What I can say is this, it’s great for cheat meals which are planned but by no means a magic pill. Far from it. If you look up how the ingredients work then there’s stuff which seems to back up the claims. But it’s evident it’s not something you can abuse, but either use it like I did but then jump back on the wagon, or cycle it maybe 4 days on and 4 days off. I say this because I can see it being used to lower sugar cravings too. I noticed my want to eat crappy stuff had lowered somewhat significantly. Im ordering it again. I’ve used crap before but this seems to work. If the second order doesn’t work then I will come and update. Happy new year.

I was so hungry while taking this. I stuck with it to see if it settled down. After 3 weeks I've put on 10lb. I stopped taking and within 3 days my appetite returned to normal. The rest are in the bin

Yep working well I just have 1 with diner and its helps me lose weight. So happy others give me constipation this helped keeps everything moving. But you must stick to a healthy diet as well

Unlike some tablets your not left with that nasty aftertaste in your mouth. Easy to swallow. Also dont mess with your stomachs unlike some tablets you get belly ache or spend alot of time on the loo.

I'm still using this product so can't comment if it works yet I will review after a month as past

Not losing weight but not putting on if you can get your ideal weight these could hold it.
