Keepon "hooks" are by far the best solution for keeping your glasses firmly secured on your face
These are a lifesaver for me.First of all, I don't want to spend the money to buy contacts or put up with the dryness of either soft or hard contacts. Secondly, I have very oily face and head so my glasses will start to slip several hours after taking a shower and cleaning my glasses frame. The third problem I have is I am picky with how my glasses feel on my face. They have to fit snugly onto my nose and in between the eyebrows. I have to feel the frame in between my eyebrows, or else I start to feel annoyed and paranoid.Well, for those of you who have the same problems as I do, these hook-shaped Keepons are the answer. Though I know the seller warns against buying these if you have large temple tips on your frame, I think quite the opposite. Unless you have really, really thick temple tips, thicker temple tips work in your favor. The Keepons will stay in place no matter how hard you pull your glasses out or how often you have facial expressions which may cause your eyebrow muscles, cheeks, or ears to push the frame forward. Thinner temple tips actually work against you by allowing the Keepon pieces to slide backwards when they are pulled hard enough, causing the frame to have room to slip again. Now on to installation and operation. To get them on your frame, you can use hot water to expand if necessary. However, you can also use your fingernails to help push them past the temple tip, which is the thickest part of the temple. To take off your glasses, make sure to lift up the temple tips only to allow the hooks to clear above your ears, then pull the frame from your face. To put your glasses on, make sure the hooks clear above your ears as you are sliding the frame in, then press the temples down on your ears for a secure fit. You can take off your glasses to adjust where the Keepons sit on the temples to determine how tightly or loosely they hook onto your ears.Pretty much the only drawback is when I have to remove my glasses due to an itchy-tingly sensation or getting too much oil or sweat in my eyes, especially when driving a stick shift car. With Keepon hooks, the glasses are much harder to take off or put on in an emergency with one hand. No worries though because the pros outweigh the cons. I really enjoy the benefit of having my glasses hooked on securely with this product. I prefer this Keepon hook design over the traditional Keepon thick padding, which will not prevent your glasses from slipping down slightly when your head gets oily or sweaty.

having had great vision all my life
I just started wearing glasses within the last year, having had great vision all my life... until the mid 40's when suddenly my arms could no longer hold things far enough away to read. After a year of trying reading glasses and growing frustrated (where did I leave them?), I finally went to an eye doctor and left with a prescription for bifocals (turns out I also have a very minor need for longer distance correct as well).Besides discovering the joy of constantly needing to clean my glasses, I found that I was CONSTANTLY pushing them up my nose despite having them adjusted for fit (which exacerbated the need to clean them since I'd sometimes smudge the lenses when pushing them up my face). This was especially a problem when doing ANY sort of work around the house - I guess my nose would get slightly sweaty. Especially annoying when needing to look down (e.g., to measure baseboards or whatever). After a few searches, I found these and the price was low enough that I figured it was worth a try. I'm glad I took the chance - these have alleviated at least 90% of the frustration I'd been experiencing.Positive:*I found them easy to install, though I assume that will vary depending on your ear pieces. For me they slipped right on and remain in place (have been wearing the same pair for over 2 months now).*They do their job as advertised - once you get them placed appropriately for where you want the glass to sit, they stay put.*No discomfort after the first day or so. At first they felt a little strange behind my ears, now I routinely forget they are there until I try to remove my glasses and realize they are hanging on to my ears!Negative:*The only issue I have may be a bit idiosyncratic - I sometimes want to peer over the top of my glasses (the top half has very minor correction and sometimes I'd rather look over them than through them - either they are a little dirt or I'm getting a glare). Occasionally I'd like to adjust the fit of my glasses while reading in bed, etc. Having these on the ear pieces makes that more difficult - you can move them up or down the ear pieces to allow some "give" or slack, but if you do so the glasses will again "slip" a bit when you don't want them to. (I can't see any way around this - you really have to decide which problem is more annoying - and for me, being able to adjust exactly where they sit through the day is a very minor issue).

Hurt the backs of the ears if not placed just right
These work really well. The glasses stay put and the sizing is correct. However, I find that I had to get used to the feeling of it on the back of my ears before they became comfortable. Try playing around with the positioning to find what works best for your ears. Otherwise they do what they say and you get three pairs in the pack.

Litte bridge, BIG thumbs-up!
Have tried numerous methods to prevent glasses from slipping down my nose, including having the optician bend them every which way. So pleased to have found something that is comfortable, discreet and works perfectly! Not only has this opened up my options for glasses styles (no more limitations shopping in the teen/petite range!), but also means I can enjoy wearing my specs during long (and sweaty - extra slippage right there) walks and even whilst climbing!I chose the clear lite hooks. The product is discreet even with my hair tied back. The hooks are easy to adjust and comfortable behind the ears. The hooks can initially seem tight to squeeze on to the arms of your glasses, but that seemed to just be moving them over the very tips and was easily solved with a bit of a pull and a wiggle. If they were any looser I think they would probably move about too much once in place. I've had no issues with them slipping along the arms.Excellent value - I ordered a pack of three for just under £2. I use these on both my sunglasses and my normal glasses and it's really made all the difference. No more irritating stop and prop-ups along the way!Thank you!

Simple, easy to fit, effective.
these were relatively easy to put onto the arms of my glasses and have now stopped them slipping down my nose.the products seems to be robust, and there are 3 pairs of these little helpers in each pack. i am optimistic that they will be effective.Looking forward to enjoy my glasses without the extructiating hassle of them sliding down my nose....

Brilliant
I have been struggling with a new pair of designer glasses. I was in despair, as they were nice frames but they slipped down my nose, throwing my centre of vision out. The optician tried four times to get them to stay in position to no avail. I was getting pretty desperate and did a search for a solution. This is when I found these little beauties. They are small and I had to force them onto my glasses, but once in position, they have gripped the frame into a perfect position. They are cheap and have saved the day. I am happy to Highly Recommend this simple but effective product.
