Great product, the creatine dissolves in any liquid, and great quantity for an affordable price. Only thing is it is never going to be 500 grams, but around 470-480 grams. While this is really not an issue at all due to the price point, I don't want to mislead people that it is fully accurate.

Solid for the price and seems like great quality. It's raw Creatine with no added stuff. The bag also is zip lock styled so easy to use and keep powder fresh. Doesn't taste of anything, add to protein shake.

Good stuff. Dissolves easily with no grainy texture and great price. I have it everyday with a glass of water right after I wake up and it sets up for a great day.

Works just as it should. It’s a little chalky if you’re just scooping it right into your mouth and chasing it with water versus letting it dissolve in a cup of water and drinking it. It does dissolve nicely in water. You get a really nice amount for the price. I’m not a huge fan of it coming in a bag, but that’s ok. I was also VERY VERY impressed that it was delivered and shipped EARLY. I had a delivery date of sept 24. It was here on the 18th. Just in time for my next gym sesh.

Awesome product, you see the results, easy to drink. Forget all the jazz about miss a gram or two. The bag is honest and its like ten friggin dollars, like come on man, your getting a great deal!

EDIT: Purchased a second bag. Not much to add other than I thought it good enough to be a return customer. Helps with energy, recovery time between sets and endurance. Highly recommended, especially for the price. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Let me first say this is my first experience with creatine and I have no basis to compare it with other brands. Product description: Bag is sealable. But I put it in a plastic container because it's way easier to keep closed, and scoop out of. It comes with a tiny scoop which is advertised as being 5 grams. I will take their word for it. The powder is very fine and has the consistency of powdered sugar. Use of Product: One level scoop is one 5 gram serving. It has almost no taste, which is what I wanted. You can mix it into pretty much anything. I recommend slightly warm water 3-4 oz so that it can dissolve. It dissolves much easier in warm water than cold water. There is a slight taste I can only describe as very watered down aspirin water or seltzer water. I have added it to a bowl of chili, a glass of tea and even mashed potatoes and you can't even tell it's there. Effects on the body: If you take the serving amount it will take 2-3 weeks to reach saturation. Saturation being the amount it takes to fill your body with a sufficient amount that taking more would have no effect. I went through a loading phase. I took it 3 times a day for a week and now I am taking it once a day. The effects are subtle and until you workout or do physical activity, you really will not notice. The most noticeable difference is an increase in endurance. Your workouts can go a little harder for a little more time. Maybe a 5-10% difference. Mostly for me it affected the amount of rest I needed between sets. Less time between sets means I can get more lifting done in the same amount of time. On a side note. I recently got the flu or something similar and you know how the flu will drain your energy and it will make you not feel like working out and if you do, you feel completely off and weak. Well, I still felt a little off. But once the pump kicked in, I felt like I had energy. Normal levels of energy. Once I was done working out, then the flu kicked back in. What that means, I'm not sure. I plan to keep this product in stock at home.
