Foustman's Artisanal Salami, Nitrate-Free, Naturally Cured, (Pack of 3) (Lamb Rosemary)

This is very delicious! Unusual lamb and spicy garlic flavor. Perfect if you want something different and not sickening like most commercial meat products.

We bought this first last July; it got overheated and was all sweaty and wet inside its paper wrap, inside the plastic bag, which is inside the outer bag...by the time we opened it, it was so funky we couldn't do much with it. Reordered in Winter, and it's a winner!! No issues; just a firmly slidable, well-seasoned salami made w lamb, rosemary, and garlic. The flavor is balanced and delicious; you really taste all three. The texture, firm and easy to slice, but not too lean. Very nice!! Will try the other flavors!!

Very delicious salami, natural, no nitrates

This is absolutely terrible. It is too salty. The problem is you can’t eat it. You can chew on it and then spit out. Don’t go anywhere were you going to be around people gonna see you spitting out. It’s terrible. Salty and gristle. Do not buy this product.

Only ordered this because we like the Faustmanns Lamb sausage so much. Their Lamb Sausage has no pork, fillers or nitrates and it’s so darn delicious my guys devour it!

I LOVE this salami! I am a huge salami fan, having been raised on all kinds of ethnic salami and sausage as a kid. Nowadays I look for uncured salamis and sausages, and they can be hard to find. All of Foustman's salamis are excellent and contain no added nitrates or nitrites. The flavors are wonderful by themselves or with your favorite cheeses and/or crackers. Highly recommended!
