It was nice but I wouldn't buy it again

This was my mom’s favorite seasoning. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey she cooked had to have it. In her honor, we’ve continued that tradition, and it never disappoints. It can be hit or miss finding this in grocery stores, especially last-minute before the holidays, so I was thrilled to see it available on Amazon. To coat the Thanksgiving turkey this year, I barely used an eighth or a sixth of it (and that was after my sister insisted I had already used enough). So one shaker can go a long way. Since we typically reserve this for our holiday turkeys, one shaker can last at least two years, aided by its long shelf life. Overall, this is a reliable staple that is as full of flavor as it is of memories.

Adds great flavor to poultry. Made Chef Prudhomme's Chicken Big Mamou recipe, this seasoning was excellent.

If you're going to make your own chicken stock, I would definitely use this. 10 out of 10! Great for gumbo.
