My wife ordered this product to lighten dark under eye circles and reduce puffiness. She was aware that Garnier Skin Active Clearly Brighter Anti-Puff Eye Roller is not a concealer and not an under eye moisturizer. This product is clear and does not brighten the under eye area at all, in fact, it emphasizes dark circles and also causes a mild burning under the eye. It is false for Garnier to make claims that it "has a cooling gel formula that brightens skin in just one use".

Helps reduce puffiness under eyes
I have used this product for years. I have puffy under eyes and this product really helps that area. I wont lie and say they totally go away but they shrink by at least 30% or more. Its worth the price to try it. It has caffeine in it- so I think that helps to diminish the puffiness.

It totally reduces puffy morning eyes. I have it 4stars because I have used it for two years almost every morning and loved it but lately my bags have been getting looser and the skin is thinning out. So I don't know if it's from using it or just age but I would caution that if you do use it that you definitely use a good eye cream afterwards to retain moisture

Has Alcohol denatured -awful for skin
No verified purchase badge due to being an add-on item.This is basically the only roller depuff with caffeine that doesn't cost 25+ dollars. So it is the least expensive, from what I have found with caffeine actually high up on the ingredient list. This means the included caffeine actually occurs in a quantity that certainly has a better chance at helping. Otherwise, if the caffeine was listed much lower, it would be in such a minuscule concentration. This aspect is the most important factor for me.The roller is cool to the skin, as it is the silver metal (I cannot remember which particular one it is) - the ball is naturally cool to the touch. I’ve read that coolness around the eye area is known to aid in reducing (temporary eye puff only) eye area puffiness after waking up or after crying.The serum is light in texture and feels good to roll on- it’s imperative to only apply on the outer most eye area. This is because our skin’s natural warmth slightly moves product down, ever so slightly. So if one adds a skincare product on the eyelid, it’s very likely it will get into the eyes. So I always roll it right above my eyebrow area and maybe half an inch from my under eye area - maybe a little more or less.The serum needs a little help to come out at first. I just shake it down a bit and it lets out just enough. It wouldn’t be ideal if glops of it came flowing out. I keep a few of these in my purse. One in my main little pouch where my essentials go, another in my makeup bag. The two aforementioned pros give the three stars.Why is it rated three stars? It is rated such due to the inclusion of alcohol denatured in the ingredients. :( It is listed as “Alcohol denat.” This ingredient is absolutely horrible for skin. It’s even worse considering the so very delicate eye area. I actually went back to double check the ingredients while writing this, and I’m thinking about no longer using it. The above paragraphs are correct, however, I am now very hesitant to continue using this. 😕

Not for older skin with set in eye bags and circles
Not a good buy. The applicator worked for the first 10 times then gunked up.By that time, i had realized it was not going to shrink my eye bags or lighten my dark circles. Probably good for young women with hangover bags

Do Not Buy This Product!
I bought this product because I was very desperate to get rid of the bags and dark circles under my eyes. Using the product gave me eyes a pleasant cooling sensation. However, it began to cause bumps to appear under my eyes, so I immediately stopped. I assumed it was an allergic reaction, so my boyfriend began using this product instead. His entire under eyes broke out in rashes, and began peeling. Whatever is in this eyeroller is NOT SAFE for eyes. Don't buy. Super disappointed.

Good to use prior to makeup
I keep this in the refrigerator and use under my eyes prior to applying makeup or just to refresh area. Nothing will get rid of bags but this does reduce some puffiness and feels good.

easy to use
I use this almost everyday, and it gives a really refreshing and cooling feeling to my under eyes. It is super easy to use. Honestly one of the main reason I chose this product over others is that (1) it is easy to use (2) I can always cary it in my purse

Lo mantengo en el refrigerador para que esté fresco, no tengo bolsas ni ojeras por lo que no puedo decir si funcione para esto, pero lo uso cuando necesito refrescar y dar masaje a mis ojos, lo cual funciona bien
