very nice device, it changed the look of my dashboard, a little complicated to adjust it at the start but once it is done everything becomes simple to use, my only disappointment is the GPS it remains blocked at the download of the map it was a little the reason why I chose the model with GPS because I often use it within the framework of my work, I visit the site to try to update my software but it seems that it is paying while in the product description it was included in the device .......! if someone has a solution or had the same problem as me it would be appreciated to let me know .. i have attached photos of my device installed in my car ...

Great unit so far after a month, radio, CD, GPS and maps, and hands free phone all work. Installation was easy for 2008 RAV4. Remove two trim pieces on car, and old radio is held in with four bolts. There are YouTubes on how to remove the old radio. Note you will need to remove the brackets from each side of the old unit and install them on the new unit, but it will fit exactly the same. They do fit on the new unit. The car's audio cables plugged right in to the adapter. Remember to run the GPS antenna up to the dash- you can easily snake the cable over to the passenger side, before you reinstall the new unit. The sound volume does differ in different modes, as reported in other comments. The only real problem so far is that the backup camera sometimes doesn't come on in reverse, but it could be my wiring problem in the back. (I used a different camera, one that fits in the license plate light, also available on Amazon)

I ordered this radio for my sister since she is going away for college, has gps, rear view mirror, Bluetooth and hands free for phone. It works perfectly fine, camera was a bit hard to install since it does not come with instructions. Touch screen is good, only part that is slow for is the volume. You can’t raise is as high and quick. But other than that satisfy with my radio

Does anyone know where I can find the full installation instructions?1) Mic cable will not go into mic jack in back. Supposed to be a 3.5 mm but it will accept it.2) No instructions for the backup Camera.3) Why is there a USB extender cable & an old mini-Jack cable when there is also an old mini-Jack port in the front?I usually don’t have this much trouble, but the YouTube vids only address replacing the old unit & not the extras like mic, backup camera, & hooking up ur cellphone.I feel bad because I gave all 1 star ratings due to not being able to install unit yet. Maybe I can re-rate it after I get it done.Thank you.

Really wanted this item to work for my wife. After about a week the screen had two vertical blurry lines when DVDs were playing. The clock would not stay set to our current time. There is a huge sound difference between the FM stereo sound to the DVD sound. Returned and will reorder, hoping it was just a bad unit, will update when the other unit arrives and its installed.

Now we can see when backing up and the unit is much more powerful than the OEM radio. Only problem is that it seems the cutout a second every 15 minutes when using bluetooth.

The product is awesome, installation easy no additional cables required, looking to purchased similar item for my 2010 Toyota Corolla LE model, this is a great product FYI the password that worked for me was 101126 not 8888. Thank you so much my daughter is very happy with it "Merry Christmas "

I installed this in my wife's car, and wasn't expecting it to be as awesome as it is. The screen is vivid and software responds quickly. All in all a great value for the money.
