iSpring US31 Under Sink Water System, NSF Certified 3-Stage Water Filters, Reduces PFAS, Chloramine, Chlorine and More, Tankless Water Filter System with Faucet

This is an excellent filter for our family of 5. We’ve had it for roughly 5 months now, water pressure from the faucet is still as strong as it was from day one, taste is still excellent and the filters still look great. We use at least a gallon a day which was breaking the bank with our 5 gallon dispenser(not to mention this 3 stage system was cheaper than the dispenser itself). Installation was a breeze as well. We did have one minor issue with a very slow leak in the faucet, but Sean in customer service sent a new one out with no questions asked. Highly recommend.

Great water fitler for the price. The three stage water filter is exactly what we needed. It does not reduce the TDS but the sediment filter and the carbon blocks really reduce the cholorine in the water and the floaties. The water flow and pressure through the filter system is remarkable. Same tubing size and dispenses filterd water much quicker than my fridge. I chose to buy this water filter because of the initial cost and the cost of the replacment filters does not break the bank. A full set of filters is less than 20 dollars! The filter system is quiet and easy to change the filters. It mounts easily to the inside of the cabinet wall and is only about 5 inches deep. The longest part of the installation was drilling a 1/2" hole in my concrete countertop.

I bought this system to filter water for a plumbed Keurig K150P coffee maker. The one filter solution recommended by Keurig is not that good. The filter quality or capacity is nowhere near the level that iSpring offers. It takes 2 stages to get the Chlorine taste out of the water. This 3-Stage system is outstanding. The water taste great and there is zero waste like there is with an RO system. I believe this is one of the best water filtration systems on the market. The price is fair, the company has an excellent reputation, the filters are built well, and it comes with every piece and part needed to hook it up. Most systems require a few trips to Home Depot to figure out all of the parts, line sizes, etc. that is needed. This one comes with everything you need including a faucet! I personally did not use the faucet and plumbed directly to a coffee maker, but it is certainly nice that they provided one. I assume most will use this system for drinking water. It is also super easy to Tee one of the lines if you want to provide filtered water to more than one location (e.g. Ice Maker, Coffee maker). These 1/4" plastic T's work perfectly (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013ZX72ZE). The company ships more than enough feed line for most normal sized kitchens. If you need more it is easy to find 1/4" plastic ice maker line. They sell it everywhere. The only thing to keep in mind is this is not a small unit. It is big. It takes up a lot of space and it needs to be screwed to a wall/cabinet. It would not be a good idea to let it stand on its own. If it fell over it could cause problems with filtration. The advantage to the size, however, is it has room to hold quality filters. It does a great job cleaning the water. Our coffee tastes as good, or better, than most commercial shops. I am very, very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend iSpring. Their customer service is excellent as well. Email them any question you have and they respond quickly.

We are on a municipal water supply, and the chlorine odor and taste seemed to become much stronger in the past few weeks, so I decided it was time to install an under-counter water filter. The installation process was pretty simple and just about anyone who has installed a faucet should be able to intall this filter if they read and follow the directions. All of the necessary hardware was included, along with more than enough plastic tubing to make the needed connections. Only basic wrenches are needed to tap into the cold water line, like those that you would need to install any water line fitting. The tubing that connects the cold-water supply to the filter, and the filter to the spigot use pex-style fittings. The filter works quickly, filtering enough water for a pot of coffee in a few seconds. These are so much better than pitcher-style filters. The replacement cartridges are also very inexpensive, so I ordered an extra set to have on hand, and set up am Amazon subscription purchase for every 6 months, so when the new filter cartidges arrive I know it is about time to replace them. The difference in the taste and odor of out water was amazing! My wife thought our municipal water tasted ok, but after I installed this filter and she compared the filtered and unfiltered water, she was sure that I did something to the unfiltered water to make it taste worse than it did! I really like this item and have recommended it to family members.

I installed an ispring in a wet bar sink that is also connected to a coffee maker. The install was easy and I am impressed with the flow volume. Plenty for a secondary sink. I added a water softener to the third filter. It all worked great for 9 months after installation. Unfortunately the sediment filter (purple filter housing) threads cracked for some reason and water sprayed out onto our dining room floor for 30 minutes while we were not home. By the time we discovered it we had 3/8 inch of water in our dining and kitchen. I was able to shop vac it up quickly and we avoided serious flood damage. We are still on the lookout for mold. I called iSpring and talked to Sean. He was great. He thought it could be water pressure fluctuations in city water but we don’t tend to have those that I know of. He quickly shipped out a replacement unit and a regulator to help with water pressure fluctuations. I easily replaced the old filter and am back in service. I turn the water off now when not in use as a safety backup. I give them 5 stars for service but only 3 for product quality due to the defect in the threads on the sediment filter.

remember to take filters covers out, DO NOT misplace the little clips for the pipes, or put them inverted, otherwise easy to connect, works nice

Amazing product and service! What we like about the product: - Easy to install (everything you need to add on to your existing sink setup is included, just need a few tools) - included faucet looks great by the way! - Doesn't take as much space as the bulkier RO systems (which we were originally shopping for, but subsequently found out we'd be ok with the US31) - Water tastes great! - Reunited with long-lost counter space (we used to have the huge Brita container sitting on the counter) - No more Brita refills, and waiting for the water to filter. Now, it's instant on. - Break-even in terms of Brita filters is probably going to be 1 year or so. So as long as the iSpring system works out past that, we're ahead. What gave us some hesitation right after installation: - There were a lot of air bubbles for the first week or so (as in, the water would be opaque white) - to our guests, it didn't look like "safe water". Turns out that I might have over-tightened the filter covers during the install (oops) - air trapped in the filters didn't have anywhere to escape. Clear water after a week though. All good! - Only noticed after using for a week that there was a little "play" at the base of the faucet. Was going to try and open it up to tighten the bolt, but decided to reach out to their CSR. Which brings us to what we liked about their CSR: Nick replied almost right away and mentioned that there was no need to adventure down that path since the faucet is covered under a 3-yr warranty. We were pleasantly surprised with a brand new replacement less than a week later. All in all, we're quite satisfied with the iSpring US31. And nope, we didn't even get paid to write this up, in case you're wondering... lol

Very easy to install and the water tastes great, which is no taste at all. It came with a number of fittings, which were very useful and plenty of tubing. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.
