This works for me amazingly well. Indeed I have to be careful not to overdose !! I every other day seems sufficient for me. I recommend it very highly, but take care!

This is such a great product. It has transformed my bowel management in the last quarter of my life. I have one very BIG criticism hence the one dropped star. The instructions say take two capsules more or less when you need them. I have been using them now for about six months. I read the reviews about some people having occasional stomach cramps and so, cautiously, used one capsule as needed, which works just fine, and even then occasionally over enthusiastic results. If I had take two I would have needed underwear changes! Please change those instructions.
