It worked as described. Soft and comfortable, and does the job. I tried several and this is my favorite.

Use brace when making beds and reviewing news on cell. Have neck problems and this has made life so much easier to reduce neck strain.

The neck brace is made of soft and comfortable material, which is a big plus. It's gentle on the skin and doesn't irritate. However, the level of support was somewhat lacking.Additionally, the brace's neck length feels too high for individuals with shorter necks, which can make it uncomfortable or awkward to wear. This might work for you if you’re looking for something for an average or longer neck. But for shorter necks, you might need a different option. Overall, it’s decent, but it could be improved in both support and fit.This doesn't work for me so I am returning it.

The neck brace worked great! It helped with my sore neck and helped with my posture. It has a nice texture. I will definitely recommend this to others.

I live and drive on a very bumpy private gravel road with pot holes, and was getting vision problems, including floaters and a torn retina. So I wear this when driving or riding on our road to support my neck, and it helps a lot from the side effects of being jostled around. Its easy to put on and off.

This brace did not fit. It was too narrow to support neck. Returned item and they said I sent wrong item back. I sent what the sent me, in its original box. Bad customer service experience. I’d find another option if I were you.

Made well and as far as neck braces go, it’s pretty darn comfortable. Believe this will be helpful to my plaguing neck issues. I think it will even help keep my jaw from opening when using cpap mask. Wish I had thought of it sooner.
