A faulty handle on one shower was replaced with a new unit after communicating with the seller. It’s a great shower that can cover one longer shower or two short showers. We even use it to water balcony plants and to wash our hands after!

I find that you have to lay it on the ground where it's warm, and move it several times in order for the water to warm up enough for a decent shower. The nozzle leaks a little at the connection when the bag is hanging, but not enough to drain too much water to make a difference. For the money, you can get cleaned up when camping.

We have get away property in Dufur oregon where the climate is very hot in summer months. We hang the bag on a nail in an open top shower outside. It works beautifully! It even has a temp gauge.

Carried it from a creek which was a bit of work, couln't wait to shower off after a hike and while I got back to camp before I had a chance to hang it from a branch the handle just pulled out and all the water poured out leaving a 9 inch opening on the seam. POS! Waited a year before our first use, kept in original packaging the whole time. This doesn't happen to me much, but it really burns buying something that complete garbage. PICK ANY OTHER ONE, this will fail on you, the seam is super slim and just not made well at all.

This heats up real well. Fortunately, I like hot water so it doesn't bother me. My wife thinks it gets too hot. Usually the water temp is up over 104 degrees by the end of the day. I don't have a problem with it personally. LOL

This was a great product while it lasted, but after 3 weeks of use, the handle broke while carrying it full of water, causing the bag to fall to the ground and the seams to burst upon impact. Seems as though the handle is not sufficient for the amount of weight it needs to support.This product is OK and would work well for light to moderate use. However, don't rely on it for an extended trip.

Great product, well made, good materials, works well. Easy to set up and use, just buy it if your camping or for emergency shower after hurricanes .

Leaked out of the main hole/access port when slumped down. Great quality otherwise, but it’s not worth using when I can’t fill it up and put it in my trunk as it will spill leak everywhere.
