Health Benefit Improvements!!
I love this product, I can definitely feel and see a difference and improvement in my unwanted monthly subscription (periods). When I take this (tastes better with cold water), I feel more energized, in a better mood and my stomach feels lighter/better! You can really see the health benefits and good quality of this product!

Good Results
First I love the taste and the fact that it’s chewable vs having to mix it in water or swallow another supplement. Last blood pressure reading was surprisingly great! My numbers were noticeably lower than my average which was consistently borderline to high. I tried these to see if I could avoid being prescribed medication. Both friends and husband have also noticed a difference in their BP readings. I am a 58 yo black female and my friend and husband are in their 60’s just for reference. It’s definitely worth a try.

Quite a bit sweeter than I expected, but still worth it . It's a powder, not a liquid so be sure to thoroughly mix it.
