This flatiron iron gets VERY HOT on the outside. I have a serious burn on my thumb and fingers from accidentally touching it about mid way up. This seems like a serious design mistake to me.

It came in a dented box and looked used. I did not use it and I sent it back. I will purchase from the manufacturer.
