First off, the Fab Posture Corrector is surprisingly comfortable and works even better than I expected.I’m very mindful and careful when giving a 5 star reviews being aware there are many nuances with other buyers expectations. I also do extensive research before purchasing a product and the Fab Posture Corrector not only made me happy with my decision but the results are actually better than expected. I’m literally surprised by the transformation in such a short time. But! You have to follow the instructions.I am middle-aged, have severe stenosis in my neck and lower back (partially from bad posture), and I was able to use this product without any discomfort. The product is extremely comfortable, compared to other products and made well.

This has helped me with some posture problems that I've neglected for a while. I always feel like I'm sinking into myself, so the adjustable straps help pull my shoulders back. This helps to maintain good form by drawing them back. It's light, easily adjustable and can be worn throughout the day without any discomfort. I can wear it under my clothes without being noticeable which is a plus point. The brace has helped me with addressing poor posture and relieving upper back pain.

Ok, so I’m only giving this 4 stars because of the comfort. It’s a little snug under the armpits and rubs quite a bit but could be my fault. It was my first day of wearing it, so I may have adjusted it wrong but boy let me tell you… I have been dealing with neck and upper back pain for WEEK… maybe even months now, and day one with it and I felt SO much better. My neck felt almost instant relief. I would highly recommend this for anyone that deals with this pain. I sit in a truck all day so I’m most likely more hunched than I realize and this support brace was a god send!!!

I think that this will help with retraining my posture for sure. I gave it 4 stars only because upon arrival one of the large velcro pieces was not attached. I think the glue didn't hold. So unfortunately i can't wear it until i find time to sew the velcro on, which i think i will do for all of them. Other than that, the fabric seems well made along with the design and seems like it won't irritate skin. My only suggestion for the maker is to sew on the velcro.
