Received item and was not provided with a power cord. Further, overall quality of case is poor with buttons not labelled and jerky movement of arm. Sound quality is decent, what one would expect at this price point. Bluetooth capability is also decent with sound adjustable on unit and phone or tablet. The pairing process took awhile however and with little problem or troubleshooting suggestions in manual. Contacted seller immediately about incomplete package as NO POWER SUPPLY DECICE IS INCLUDED..and still no response from seller. Bought a cheap 12v ac/dc adapter from amazon to make unit work at additional expense. Will keep everything as esthetically pleasing and decent sound is not worth the hassle if a refund at this point.

Just remember when you play records there’s little to no bass, but that’s how it supposed to be . So it’s great!

Good record player for the price. Looks good and sounds decent. Auto stop function doesn’t work on mine. When set to auto stop the record doesn’t spin even if the needle is positioned over the record or even on the record. Reading other reviews seems like it’s about a 50/50 whether that function will work. Outside of that my only small complaint is the knob to switch between Bluetooth and phono mode. It’s designed to click between the two options. In Bluetooth mode it points directly to the BT marking, but when switching to phono mode it only moves about 10 degrees. This means that in phono mode it’s still almost pointing to the BT marking and nowhere close to the phono marking. Not sure why they didn’t just make that part a switch since there are only two options.

I love the look of this player, however it skipped a lot. After some troubleshooting I discovered if I take a dime to it then it fixes the skipping. Also the cover is not made the best so whenI open it, there is a loud click noise.
