This product really works. Has to quickly get rid of my dark blue color and it dis the job. I uses both packets (same day) and ended up with a very nice pale blonde. Was impressed by the mask/moisturizing qualities too, as my hair wasnt nearly as dry as other color oops treatments-and for reference, I have extremely dry brittle hair.

Had neon pink hair and this took it out completely the night before school.Works great on BOLD colors.

Last year, this product turned my hair green after trying to remove red. I thought i’d give it another shot and used it to remove purple dye this time around. Same results unfortunately. Literally like a sea green color now.. I tried to tone it and cancel out some of the green color but it didn’t work.. Just thought everyone should know since I haven’t seen one single comment talking about this :p

Funciona si, pero no retira todo el color y eso que era semi permanente, tuve que comprar otra marca que si funcionara de el todo para sacar un tono azul quedó verde pero pues si tienes algún tono más suave podría ser que te funcione

Dark auburn isn’t really a “bold” color like the unnatural colors such asPurple or blue. It is a darker shade so anything claiming to turn purple to blonde worked for me. After 2 treatments my hair was bright clown orange. A most unflattering hair color for sure. Afraid to bleach again for fear of my hair rotting off, I opted for a toner. That helped a little. What fixed it was a permanent color called light ash blonde. In the future I’ll stick with a bleach plus 20 volume developer from a beauty supply. This stuff doesn’t do what it claims.
