When I ordered this item, I thought it would be a bit smaller than expected. It's a good size, great for making your own meats, and comes with a great recipe book you can use to get ideas. Design is simple to use and easy to clean. You'll never have to wonder what's going into the meat you're using for sandwiches!

It’s nice to have control over what’s going in my sandwich meat. I will say that I will grind the meat finer to get a better texture, it was a little grainy. But the directions were easy enough to understand.

In other words, you'll need to spend some time figuring our /experimenting with the best way to prep your pressed meat. It comes with a handy little cook book to get you started.Obviously being able to make items without preservatives is a good thing.Likely to make a good gift for other serious home cooks in your life.Recommend.
