So far so good. Twice the memory as my old phone. Works as expected and at $100 less than my phone carrier wanted for the same model.

Not as advertised
This phone was not unlocked and not compatible with T-Mobile. It was registered in the UK, and not 5G. It came up in T-Mobile's system as a A12. I have returned it for a refund.

Not factory unlocked
This A16 android phone was listed as a unlocked device. And it is not, per the service provider of the elderly lady I purchased it for. She spent 48 dollars (x2) to get it switched over and had to go back to her old broken device. Very disappointed in this purchase and the mislead of the title discription.
