Perfect for arthritis hands
My mother has a terrible arthritis in her thumb and cannot hold regular utensils. This is perfect for her and allows her to eat independently.

Great for handicap people with disabilities
These fork and spoon are weighted and longer than others that I purchased before for my hands with tremors. Great for seniors!

Fork and spoon to small Hard to keep food. From falling off. Will return. Thought change of direction good but did not try because of size. Jkh

Sturdy and adjustable
Sturdy spoon and fork that are adjustable. Cleans easily. Nice and thick, offers ease of use for hands with tremors. My brother doesn't like it very much. However, I suspect as his tremors get worse, he will find it useful. It is a little thick and bulky for him now. They are also a bit longer than I expected, but allows for a good grip.

Much needed
My grandma has alzheimers dementia & ive of course noticed her hands shake, one day she mentioned it herself so i randomly bought these utensuils. After one use i noticed a difference & i know she did too, it made eating soo much smoother. Such a simple weight off our shoulders
