PPN100 Posture Pulley Neck Exerciser

I only did the exercise for 3 days (4 times each morning), my neck stopped making cracking noise. I am buying one for my mother and told all my friends to buy one. This device is simple to use and works. It provides a rubber resistance to build the muscle in the back of the neck to pull the next backward. It is the same principle as working the upper back muscles to have a good posture, standing up tall and straight.The box comes with some simple instructions. See photo. The neck is supposed to curve backward to release the tension. My neck is straight or pulled forward from years of computer using.

My neck has been in awful pain about 7 months or so. The chiropractor cracked it, that relief lasted a day and it felt MUCH worse afterwards. This exercise is easy and quick. I went to youtube to watch the demonstration and the advanced move. I also do the neck isometrics and for the first time in months I am feeling less pain. I also switched my pillow to a tempurpedic neck one, it takes time to get use to that pillow, they are kind of hard.Hope this helps.

straps not as strong or wide as previous Posture Pulley I have, so I can't get the right tension on my neck. I have to cut and attempt to secure the straps so they are shorter.

i would have 'loved' it if it was ten bucks cheaper (see folks? all those commenters who say their opinions are unbiased even tho they got a reduced price are wrong! you CAN'T be unbiased if you're getting a super good deal!).... anyway. . i was pleasantly surprised to feel a significant 'tug' along the side muscles of my back and stomach. i know that using this every other day will strengthen those muscles which will help with my lower back pain and probably even slightly lift saggy skin on my tummy (i'm old and the law of gravity is STRICKLY enforced when you reach a certain age). i bought this to help loosen up my tight back/shoulder/neck area when i get up in the morning - and get the blood flowing. it DOES help and i love the invigorating feeling i get using it....CAUTION the company says use it only every other day to give your muscles a chance to rest. as using had felt so good - and easy - i didn't take their advice, and felt a wobbly weak very unpleasant feeling a few hours later across my arms hands and chest - though i was heading to a heart attack until i remembered what i'd done with my posture pulley!. so please don't be foolish like i was, and only use it every OTHER day

Waste of money good gimmick

My physical therapist used this with me and I bought immediately. the resistance feels great on my problem neck. And it strengthens and corrects posture

I found this to be a very useful product. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor. I use it three times a day and feel as if it has drastically improved my neck condition. The pain is nearly all gone, and a pinched nerve is not as disturbed as it was before I started using this product. I would highly recommend it to those with neck problems.

Was introduced to this kooky device by my chiropractor & was very skeptical. I was having severe upper back problems with numbness & pain in my arm. Had never been to a chiropractor before, but the pain was so bad that I finally became open to the idea (having lower back problems, I was suspicious of having any "cracking" of my back - - imagined myself winding up paralyzed for life). Needn't have worried as my guy was the best; minimal "cracking" & he really focused on root causes, not just having me visit him for the rest of my life. Via x-rays, we discovered an abnormal curvature of my cervical (upper) spine & he suggested this exerciser to help. Now, I don't know if it's actually realigning the curvature as suggested in the product brochure, but I can tell you that I haven't had a bit of pain since the initial treatments from my chiropractor. It's been almost six months, and when I started, I couldn't use my left arm to turn the steering wheel & couldn't sleep well at night. Now, no problems at all. While my doctor's treatments certainly got me back in working order, I truly believe that this little device may indeed be responsible for keeping things in check.
