Strong, sturdy and functions well as a mat underneath my treadmill.
Strong, sturdy mat which I use for placing underneath my amazon bought treadmill. Very happy with this product as it is well made and functions perfectly for my need. Have bought this twice as a result. Highly recommend it.

Perfect for my pilates reformer
Perfect for my reformer! Good quality. Shiny finish. Does its job in cushioning the floor against heavy equipment. Will also minimise noise from use of machine. Very happy with this order!

Small Mat for a Small Footprint
I have this underneath a Tacx Flux S smart cycling trainer. It is set up in a spare bedroom, with a shallow pile carpet rather than vinyl or laminate flooring. The Flux sits quite neatly on the mat. The two main feet spread across the mat. The rear foot extends behind the mat, but the bulk of the floor is protected. The next size up would have been too big.The mat is held firmly in place, doesn't slide, and takes the bulk of the trainer's weight, to protect the carpet underneath.

Durable, Excellent quality
I had to buy this item to use it to reduce the noise caused by my treadmill. Ever since I got this the noise level is significantly reduced it can be barely heard from downstairs. Very good product.

Not for carpet
I bought this so i could use the treadmill on the carpet but it is a no no. Once you step on the treadmill it sinks into the carpet so the underneath of the belt touches the mat and it is really dangerous. I really don't recommend it for carpets. It can be use for any other things but not treadmill over carpet.
