Everything you loved about Highlights but for preschoolets.
I bought this for my 3 year old grandson and it is so fun to watch him enjoy the same things I loved about Highlights when I was a child. This version is targeted for 3 - 5 year olds with the same features as regular Highlights but easier for them. His last issue was mainly hidden pictures (my favorite) and he likes to start at the beginning and find them all again. This will definitely be a repeated birthday gift.Con - three months after ordering this on Amazon, he still hadn't received his first issue. I ordered it directly from the Highlights website and cancelled the Amazon order.

The littles love these
This is the third year I am getting these for my grandkids. They are always so excited to receive these in the mail. It makes them feel important and they just have so much fun working on them together.

Our 4 year old loves this magazine
Everything about this magazine if great for preschoolers and children learning to read. Our 4 year old looks forward to the new magazine coming in the mail. He also loves re-reading past issues throughout the month. There is fun activities such as finding hidden pictures, and "that's silly" where we can point out all the silly things. The stories and poems are just right for that age, and i believe the will be great when he is starting to read.

High Five is a big hit!
My 6 year old nephew loves this magazine. When it comes in the mail, he sits right down and works the hidden puzzle first. High Five is the only thing he is interested in on the day the book arrives. He also goes to several 6 years old now, so I will probably switch to one of the other Highlights Magazines as he ages. Highly recommend! I’ve bought him lots of toys which he tires of quickly. This magazine holds his interest throughout the month, (not all day, everyday.) This is very high on his “favorite things to do list.”

3 and 4 yr old loves it
Started the subscription for my 3yr old and now loves it as a 4yr old. Really looks fed to it and the activities. Enough activities and pictures for a non-reader but really good for an entry level reader, maybe a K-2 level. Will keep subscription

My 2.5yr old and 5yr old love this magazine
My 2.5yr old and 5yr old love this magazine. My 5-year-old is outgrowing it a little, so we will probably continue the subscription for our daughter and upgrade to regular Highlights for my son. Their favorite part is the "Find It" pages. My one critique is that the "Move It" section and "Recipe" sections are not always stellar. This month (July 2021) they are great, but often the recipes aren't appetizing and the Move It has been dull in the past. (One month the activity was just throwing a ball in the air and catching it. I mean, that's fun, but we can figure that out without a magazine :) ). Hopefully the magazine will continue to improve in those sections.

A classic
Wonderful little magazine for your young learners.Highlights has been out for so long, I remember my grown ones reading this magazine.Truly appreciate Highlights and what it has brought to my childrens lives. Memories, better reading skills, makes them think and challenges them a bit, brings a smile to their faces. Perfect for road trips to.

Highlights still delivers!
I loved highlights as a child, and was hoping my grandson would as well. I started his subscription at age 4, it was a perfect age for him. Before subscription ended he asked if he would be able to continue to get them, which made me happy to know that he really did enjoy this gift.
