I was super skeptical about the efficacy of this product. Not only does it taste great but I feel it has helped increase my energy, and improve my mood and stamina. I’ve been taking it in the morning 5-6 days a week. Consistency is always key with a supplement if you want to see actual results. 5 stars!

I feel better after the first couple weeks.

Although the jar was sealed on the outside the inside seal was broken and all the shilajit gummies looked old and were not fresh. This is the first time this happens to me. So please be aware and I can’t even return the product.

Theses work well , tast good lots of energy, but they cause me to sneeze, and runny nose, they give me a racing heart about 20min in to take it but it goes away quick , I’ve seen claims about sexual help haven’t had that at all,

Unfortunately my last 2 months of gummies were not the freshest. I actually canceled my subscription.

BE WARNED - This product has a strong smell and taste that is very unpleasant, however the ingredients in this product are really good and the benefits this provides is worth the money. Perhaps it's worth having this with some tea, or something to help mask the strong flavor.I have spoken with a representative from this company and they showed kindness and understanding, and I provided feedback so hopefully a change is made in the future. They have nice customer support.So, I do recommend this product, but just understand that this isn't your typical snack-like gummy.
