I bought 2 cameras and one is broken in just over 4 months. Slow picture Per second (even with adjusted settings) so very difficult to identify person in picture/video walking by. The only way to get real time phone notifications is to open the app at the beggining of each day. No way to know if a camera stops working unless you are in the app and try to look through that camera. Overall not impressed at all. I wont purchase again.

Rocam security cameras are awful. You cannot see anything at night. When we finally got them to work they only worked for a short while, till something was updated and now they don't work at all. Our passwords to them won't work to get them going again I called the service number on the box and its a nonexistent number. I was hacked when I first got them and found the camera looking at me at night. It was scary. I had to unplug them all (5) and reprogram them with individual passwords. They are lousy and too much trouble. I have emailed them ect and they have not responded at all.

I bought 3 of these cameras and set up the Rocam app on my iphone 7 in April, 2019. All worked great until about the second week of October, 2019, when Apple sent my iphone 7 an automatic update. Rocam app has not worked since and I have no access to my camera network. Tried emailing yelaw.com customer service. Got no response. Tried contacting through Amazon messaging. Got no response. Don't quite know what to make of the absence of customer service, though. Product is great and worked better than most other security cameras costing much more. I just can't figure out why they failed to support their product's connectivity issue. Lack of customer support is not good for ANY BUSINESS.

60 minutes trying to set it up with no luck. Downloaded the new rocam app. It will not open. So far everything about this product is an epic failure. Do not buy this thing

I am very happy with this purchase. The camera was easy to install and took only about 10 minutes to get running on my Android phone. The ROCAM application works very well. I had a couple of questions about some of the application functions and sent email to the support group. I got responses very quickly and I really appreciated that.

This is my 3rd one and they all work fine.

I am glad that I purchased this camera, very easy to set-up, it connected immediately, and the clarity is very good. We use it to monitor our young dogs and to watch the house when we are away.

I PURCHASED two of these row cams they do not work they are useless cannot connect to the app.
