I’m not sure about this. It kinda gave me bubble gut. So I stopped taking it and am better now.

I have been taking these about 2 weeks now. They are a great size and very easy to swallow. They don’t leave a nasty after taste. I take them after i eat a meal. I have been more energized. My skin is glowing. Helps with my bloating and digestion. I was having a lot of mucus i have notice less mucus. The pills have no smell unless you smell the bottle. I feel great. My knees have been less inflamed. Less joint point lately. My new staple supplement.

Doesn’t give you an aftertaste it’s not in my budget though, if I had the money it would be…..
