Great cook book I'm glad I Purchase it

The title says it all. The classic French cooking recipes are all here. This cookbook is one of the best ones I've seen. I want to make almost everything in it. I love the design and font size too. It met my needs entirely.

I love the Cordon Bleu cookbooks. They go into great detail. The photography is wonderful and the recipes are easy to understand.

Classics are clasics for a reason. I love the whole series og Le Cordon Bleu Books. Very instructive...great photos.

Good recipes for what is in the book, just seems it would have provided more recipes then what it does.

most recipes seem to call for oysters or cream or both. marked a couple of soup recipes i will try but i draw the line at quenelles on a school night.having said that it's ofc great for techniques and ideas. it's cordon bleu after all.wouldn't pay full price tho, unless i was doing some major entertaining.
