PixMax Mug Press Machine & 72x 11oz White Blank Sublimation Mugs For Heat Transfer Designs

I am very unhappy! After spending out almost a hundred and fifty pounds on this machine, based on the reviews, it arrived in a very dodgy state. The (poorly) photocopied manual immediately started the alarm bells, and when I opened up the machine it had exposed wiring in two places, and the ‘reset’ button isn’t connected to anything!Please see photos ...My husband is an electronic design engineer and told me not to even switch it on!Struggling to get my money back but I’m a lawyer so I *will* get it back!Please don’t waste your money - the positive reviews are surely fake 😡😤.

Happy with this purchase, it arrived next working day. I was a little nervous using it the first time but soon got used to it. I recommend getting some oven mits to handle the hot mugs and transfer them to a toweled surfase.

Not had a problem yet with the machine it's been great would recommend.

Everything working as expected, being a beginner i am quite happy with how easy it is to use. They had forgot to pack the tape with it, but when i had messaged and asked for the tape, they sent it out next day without hesitation.
