No problems as far as the seller is concerned, but I do not recommend this monitor.
No problems as far as the seller is concerned, the monitor arrived quickly and was safely packaged.Not my favourite blood sugar monitor as it requires a much larger drop of blood than any of my previous monitors, (I am a T1 diabetic of 59 years who has used several monitors over this time). Tests with the Glucomen get rejected due to insufficient blood being placed on the strip, it requires a much larger drop than most monitors, and then you have to start all over again. However this is now the only monitor my GP will prescribe, so I am stuck with it! However my advice is, if you are not compelled to use this monitor, do the reading and find one that does not require such large drops of blood.

Significantly inferior to other Glucose meters
I have this for occasionally measuring ketones. The watch batteries in it ent flat very quickly and now the meter doesn't work properly. Infinitely INFERIOR to my BAYER Contour next meter.A typically Italian triumph of style over functionality. Not impressed.
