Fits my Eko perfectly. These buds are a bit smaller than the ones that I lost but otherwise a great purchase!

Unlike the ear tips that came with the stethoscope, these stay on! It's nice to be able to chose between the two sizes, and a relief to have spares on hand. Comfortable? As expected. Yes, these are a good value for the money. Sound quality is unchanged from the originals. However, nicer in regards to the fact that these ear tips stay put. Will buy again if I need more.
