First Robot vacuum and very impressed so far. I have to admit I started with rather low expectations and have been very pleased with the results. Set up and home mapping was supper easy. Vacuum is very quiet and does a good job cleaning and not getting stuck. Primary reason for purchase was to deal with our Husky Sheppeard mix's constant shedding this summer. Bot does a good job picking up the dog hair. I do have to check the rollers weekly for hair tangles and did need to clear the docking station for a hair clog. But the maintenance is easy and expected based on the amount of long dog hair I'm dealing with.

I read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of videos before I chose this vacuum. We have all hardwood floors. I got a refurbished model which is exactly like new. Works just as advertised. Quiet and thorough. The mapping feature is great. It picks up everything. It doesn’t have trouble with my floor mats. It even rides up onto my scale with no trouble. Cleans my two bedroom apartment in just under an hour with about 20% battery used. Set on the lowest setting.

The media could not be loaded. I used to have the Roborock Q7, which was great—until it came time to fill the water tank. Every. Single. Time. The manual water refilling became such a chore that I started skipping mopping altogether. Enter the Qrevo, and wow—what a difference. Because the water tank is in the dock, it fills itself automatically, saving me time, energy, and sanity.I use this robot vacuum daily in my clinic, and it’s been an absolute lifesaver. The mop pads don’t just drag across the floor—they spin! That simple upgrade makes a noticeable difference in how clean the floor looks and feels. Between foot traffic, hair, and random splashes, our floors take a beating. But since getting the Qrevo, we haven’t had to manually clean once. It’s on a schedule, and it just… does its thing. Like a silent janitor that never complains.Yes, it still bumps into small obstacles sometimes (wires, thin mats), and the initial setup takes a bit of patience, but once it’s up and running, it’s incredibly low-maintenance. For any business or home that needs consistent, reliable floor cleaning without lifting a finger, this robot’s a rock star.

Yes! It’s a marvelous vacuum! We have one upstairs for carpet and one downstairs on vinyl flooring. They are yards and fathoms better than a less expensive brand we owned prior to these two!!! Thanks for providing a refurbished model so it was possible for us to purchase two of them! The mapping accuracy is superb and only changing the dust bag every other month is fabulous! We are Very happy and satisfied! Yay Roborock!

One of the best robo-vacs out there . Super smart. The suction is excellent so it clean very well and the double rubber rollers is the best idea since the robo-vac. And it has a feature where it can automatically empty. It’s a bit, uhm it’s very loud when it empties but who cares just don’t run it at night! The not a perfect robo-vac out there, but this one comes close.

Ooooooo weeeeeee. This little dreamboat is the cats meow, the charm in my eye, the cream of my crop. Here is the deal. Movement is great. It’s like a silent cat cleaning the rooms. Dirt collection? Yup. It does a great job. But seriously this is one of my best buy’s. Easy to use and cleans really well.

We tried to make this work. We really did.But from inaccurate maps that would keep disappearing, to parts (like mops) detaching on their own, to just quitting part way through cleaning this was a weeks-long nightmare of referring to customer service. The final straw was when part of the ramp the robot uses to get to the charging ports on the dock snapped off and the robot couldn’t get to the dock.We sent it back. We still have the brand’s S5 Max, which is a great vacuum but prehistoric mop. Not sure if we’ll try a different brand to replace the lousy QREVO. It was really bad.

Bought a roomba a few months ago. It was so bad I bought a Roborock to compare. No comparison—Roborock seems to win hands down. Quieter, more reliable connection, more consistent cleaning. I’ll update if I have any issues with it.
